ABOUT
ME
DIEGO CIVIDINI
I am a Computer Science student at University of Milano-Bicocca, currently wrapping up my final semester and diving deep into my Bachelor's thesis. My journey in tech took a definitive turn when I discovered Bioinformatics: I realized that code isn't just about building interfaces, but a powerful lens to decode the complexity of life itself.
I am driven by the ambition to apply computational precision to the fight against cancer, bridging the gap between raw biological data and life-saving research. Whether I'm developing high-performance tools in Julia to optimize cellular segmentation or crafting intuitive experiences as a freelance developer, I strive for the same goal: making complex systems accessible and efficient. I believe that the future of medicine lies in the algorithms we write today, and I am dedicated to being part of that evolution, one line of code at a time.
